Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025, "Blackbeard's Peril" is now available as a capsule toy in a mini size that lets you play just like the real thing.
The familiar rules are recreated: stab the included swords into the barrel's holes in order, and the first to make the doll plate pop out wins. The main unit measures approximately 5cm, and the lineup features a total of 5 different types.
Priced at 300 yen per play, it is scheduled to be rolled out starting around December 25, 2025.
