Following the success of the previous edition, “Japanese Eel Ⅱ” is now available.
This appetizing miniature collection realistically reproduces the texture and browning of aromatic grilled "eel. The lineup includes unaju, kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), and oshizushi (pressed sushi), all of which will make you hungry just by looking at them. Even the detailed arrangement and luster of the dishes are carefully represented, making them enjoyable just by displaying them side by side.
The program will cost 500 yen per visit and will be available starting around June 2026.
