Ltd., a member of the TOMY Group, will sequentially release "Sanrio Characters Vivid Neon Pin Badge," a Gacha® (capsule toy) product featuring neon sign-style pin badges of Sanrio characters, at a suggested retail price of 300 yen per pin badge (including tax), from late May, 2026. The product will go on sale sequentially in capsule vending machines (Gacha machines) nationwide from late May 2026.
This product, "Sanrio Characters Vivid Neon Pin Badge," is a pin badge featuring popular Sanrio characters in a vivid and striking neon sign motif. The neon expression that evokes a sense of pop and nostalgia, and the texture that makes the most of the base color of the material, create a design that allows you to enjoy the characters in a memorable way.
The lineup consists of eight types: Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Hangyodon, Cinnamoroll, Tuxedo Sam, Pom Pom Pudding, and Pochakko. Motifs related to each character are combined and expressed as neon signboard-style designs. While simple in design, each character is unique.
The neon sign-like design is expressed more realistically by coloring the convex part.
The main body is made of zinc alloy, which gives the pin a solid weight and a sense of weighty texture. While utilizing the base color of the pin badge, coloring is applied only to the convex part to express the atmosphere of a neon sign that seems to be covered with light. While maintaining the character's charm and pop design, the subdued texture makes it an item that can be easily adopted by adults.
