Lineup (5 types total)

Kitayama Village unofficial hero "JABARIDER"

An unofficial local hero who secretly (perhaps?) protects Kitayama Village. It's a playful design that incorporates the motif of the village's specialty product, "jabara."

Kitayama Village Map

Designed with the topography of Kitayama Village, Japan's only “exclave village.” This is a compact local map that allows you to point to places you've visited while reminiscing about your trip.

③ Jagara Logo

A logo design inspired by "Jabara," the representative citrus of Kitayama Village. Simple yet eye-catching, it's perfect as a focal point for keychains and pouches.

④ Jabara Amulet

In honor of the Jabara, traditionally cherished as a talisman to ward off evil spirits, we've created a small, amulet-style design to wish for safe travels and good health.

Jabara x Leonardo

The character "Leonardo," with whom we have collaborated in the past, makes a reappearance. This is a unique collaboration item that blends the charm of Kitayama Village with the character's world.

All of them are designed with a playful spirit that makes you want to collect every kind, by tightly condensing the "Kitayama village-ness."

Planning Background: The Value of "Memories" Over "Products"

In this project, the most important thing was not "the thing itself" that you receive, but "being able to remember the time you spent in Kitayama Village."

Excited feelings from rafting and playing in the river

・A pleasant time spent at a roadside station or tourist information center

Casual conversations with family, friends, and guides

We planned this as a capsule toy, which is simple and easy to get, precisely because we wanted you to remember those moments every time you see these small items you hold onto.

Key Features and Benefits

“Travel Entertainment” You Can Enjoy Beyond Words”

Because of the intuitively easy-to-understand format of capsule toys, even foreign tourists who don't understand Japanese can easily participate. Regardless of generation or nationality, the entire experience of "turning, popping out, and opening" becomes a small event on their trip.

"Outdoor Travel Memories" You Can Easily Take Home

For an affordable price of 400 yen per attempt, you can take home compact souvenirs that are linked to memories of unique Kitayama Village activities like camping, rafting, and river boarding.

Turning “spare time” in tourism consumption into a fun experience.

We add color to those "moments of free time," such as waiting for check-in or a bus, or before meeting for an activity, with mini-activities that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to adults.
