Bandai Namco Experience Inc. and Bandai Namco Amusement Inc. will open "Gashapon Bandai Official Shop" Fuji River Rakusa Store, a specialty store for Bandai's capsule toy brand "Gashapon," on Friday, July 10, 2026, within the roadside station "Fuji River Rakusa" (Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture).

Gashapon Bandai Official Shop Fujikawa Rakunza Store Opens

In recent years, the capsule toy industry has seen an increase in large-scale capsule toy specialty stores, enjoying popularity as an accessible form of entertainment for many. To directly deliver the "exciting experience" and "unique products" that are characteristic of "Gashapon," Bandai's original capsule toy brand, to fans, Bandai, Bandai Namco Experience (which handles planning and production), and Bandai Namco Amusement (which possesses the operational know-how for large-scale capsule toy specialty stores) have partnered to open this store.

The "Gashapon Bandai Official Shop" Fujikawa Rakuraza branch is set to open in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, as Bandai's official capsule toy specialty store, featuring 250 machines all in one place. The store will offer all of Bandai's new products and provide a unique "Gashapon experience" that can only be had here, aiming to showcase new charms of "Gashapon."

With exquisite designs and unique product lines, capsule toys have become synonymous with miniature toys. The company plans to continue expanding its stores to convey the entertainment value of "Gashapon" to a wide audience both domestically and internationally.

There will also be showcases displaying popular products and other engaging features for visitors. Furthermore, Bandai Namco Group will offer entertainment-filled services, including purchase campaigns and customer participation events.
